Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager on the ffb7 platform (accessible at ffb7.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with any additional policies referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ffb7 platform. Your continued use of any part of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as they stand at the time of each visit or transaction.

ffb7 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, provided that material changes will be communicated to registered players. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page, identified by the effective date shown at the top of the document.

These Terms & Conditions apply equally to use of the ffb7 platform via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application interface made available by ffb7 from time to time. The medium of access does not alter or limit the applicability of any provision contained herein.

Section 02

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ffb7 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ffb7 operates a strict 18+ policy. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited on this platform without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of ffb7 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.

ffb7 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified in any verification request will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Age Verification Process

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, ffb7 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity: a government-issued national identity card (NID), a valid passport, or a driver's licence. Documents must be current, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submissions of fraudulent, expired, or tampered documents will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Section 03

Account Registration

To participate in any real-money game, bet, or promotional offer on ffb7, you are required to create a registered account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on the ffb7 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ffb7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bonuses, free bets, or winnings generated across those accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ffb7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information held on your account — including your name, date of birth, email address, and associated payment method details — remains accurate and up to date at all times. Requests to update core identity information (name, date of birth) may require supporting documentation and are subject to manual review by the ffb7 compliance team.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

ffb7 supports deposits and withdrawals for Bangladesh players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Individual payment method minimums and maximums may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and network conditions at the time of transaction.
• ffb7 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside ffb7's control and are not reimbursable.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification level.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending the submission and approval of required KYC documentation.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the specific promotion from which those winnings were generated. Winnings that have not met the applicable wagering threshold cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fulfilled.
• ffb7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Section 05

Bonus & Promotions Policy

ffb7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete the registration process and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per player, household, device, and payment method. Specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods are set out in the Welcome Bonus Terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds — and any winnings generated from bonus funds prior to the completion of wagering requirements — are subject to a specified wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is displayed clearly on the promotion page and in any communication relating to that bonus. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

ffb7 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to manufacture bonus turnover, using automated betting scripts, and exploiting technical errors or miscalculations in bonus calculations. Confirmed cases of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• Cash deposits are used before bonus funds in all betting and game play.
• ffb7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ffb7 is governed by the general rules set out in this section, as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual game category, sport, or market. In the event of a conflict between general rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ffb7 reserves the right to void any bet where the acceptance was the result of a technical error, manifest odds error, or where the event result is already known at the time of placement (commonly referred to as "past posting").

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled according to the official results announced by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the applicable tournament authority). Bets on abandoned or postponed matches are settled according to the specific market rules displayed for that event.

Casino Games

All casino games available on ffb7, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, keno, and bingo, are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the game provider's own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. ffb7 is not responsible for game outcomes — these are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics occurring in real time.

Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection, power failure, or technical failure occurring during an active game round or live bet, ffb7 will use its transaction logs to determine the state of the game at the time of the interruption and settle the round accordingly. Where game state cannot be determined with certainty, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ffb7 platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; impersonating another person; or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your ffb7 account.
• Money Laundering: Using the ffb7 platform as a vehicle for money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting thresholds, or processing funds of illicit origin through the platform in any manner.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on the platform, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or tournament game. This includes but is not limited to sharing hole cards, coordinating betting strategies to exploit other players, or chip-dumping.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets, play games, or interact with the ffb7 platform without genuine human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, pricing errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings generated from such exploitation are subject to void and recovery.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward ffb7 staff members or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the ffb7 platform by any person under the age of 18, including sharing your account credentials with a minor.

ffb7 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring technology. All accounts and transactions are subject to ongoing review. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed without notice, and any outstanding balance — including genuine deposits — may be withheld pending investigation and legal review.

Section 08

Account Suspension & Closure

ffb7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a positive balance (dormant account policy — see below).

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Cash balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and you will be unable to log in or place any bets. Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months and a positive cash balance remains. ffb7 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy administration fee. Players with dormant accounts should contact [email protected] to reactivate their account and retrieve their remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ffb7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by ffb7 to enforce any provision of these terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it in the future.
